Chief Manager, Finance and Accounts (CMFA) in National water and sewerage corporation, Mr. Okidi Alfred Okot, head the Finance and Accounts Division (FAD). The division is responsible for developing financial management policies and strategies for the corporation and also to see to the implementation and achievement of financial corporate objectives.

The division comprises of;
Finance and Accounts department headed by Manager, Finance & Accounts
• Corporate planning Department headed by Manager Corporate Planning
• Information Technology Department headed by Manager Information Technology.
• Project accounts management Accounting Department headed by Manager Finance & Accounts.
• Procurement Department headed by Manager Procurement.

The division's responsibilities include the following:
• Initiating and advising on financial policy.
• Implementation of approved financial policy.
• Ensuring the maintenance of proper accounts records and the publication of the annual financial position of the corporation.
• Ensuring the proper control of income and expenditure.
• Ensuring the existence of a properly developed tariff structure.
• Providing financial input in development programmes.
• Keeping a constant review of the financial systems employ with particular emphasis to revenue collections to ensure that they are efficient and effective to meet the urgent need to reduce arrears and stabilise collections.
• Providing management financial information.
• Reviewing NWSC investment plans and strategies.
• Developing NWSC corporate strategy.
• Developing and implementing the systems, which will ensure maximum customer relations and community participation in the supply of water and sewerage services.
• Developing a policy debt and revenue management, debt and revenue collection.
Ensuring effective billing systems and mechanisms.
